Achievements ABA Therapy in Concord, NC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. This in-home and community role focuses on helping children with autism reach their goals and progress through data-driven sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred, 2026 compliant 40 hour training certificate acceptable.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community interventions using ABA.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition with Rethink software.
• Report progress to behavior analysts and coordinators.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain client records.
