Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work under a BCBA supervisor and provide in-home and community-based interventions, collecting data and reporting progress.

Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, with benefits including health, dental and vision insurance for full-time staff, PTO, 401(k) matching, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• RBT credential required.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver ABA therapy.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition.
• Communicate with analysts and coordinators for reporting.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain records.
