Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism, under a BCBA supervisor. This role involves in-home and community-based interventions and data collection using our Rethink software.

Qualifications

• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Clear background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver high-quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition with Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators for timely progress reporting.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate client progress records.
