Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under supervision. You will work in clients’ homes and community settings, collecting data and reporting progress to the BCBA and team. A background check and RBT credential are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as an RBT to monitor client progress effectively.
