Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism through evidence-based behavioral interventions. You will work under BCBAs/BCaBAs, collect data, and help families implement strategies across sessions.

The role requires a high school diploma, being 18+, and willingness to travel to client locations; RBT certification may be completed within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have the ability to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
