InBloom Autism Services in Chandler, AZ seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician II to join a supportive team of BCBAs. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, collect data, and help clients acquire functional skills.

Qualificações

• Must have active RBT certification through the BACB.
• Minimum 6 months of experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Client Care: Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in centers, homes, and schools.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by BCBAs for each client.
• Data Collection: accurately record client behaviors and responses during sessions.
• Progress Monitoring: track client progress with supervising BCBAs and adjust plans as needed.
• Behavior Reduction Techniques: apply approved strategies from BIPs to reduce challenging behavior.
• Skill Acquisition: help clients develop functional, communication, and social skills.
• Parent/Caregiver Training: train families on implementing techniques at home.
• Documentation: complete paperwork, progress notes, and session reports.
• Communication: maintain open lines with BCBAs, families, and team members.
