Job summary

InBloom Autism Services seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician II (RBT II) to join our diverse team in the Hamden area. You will deliver 1:1 therapy to children with autism, implement BIPs, collect data, and monitor progress with BCBAs to refine interventions for each client.

Responsibilities include direct client care, skill acquisition, and parent training, with competitive pay, a $1,250 hiring bonus, and ongoing professional development in a supportive, growth‑oriented

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• At least 6 months of experience with pediatric therapy or ABA.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Care: provide one-on-one therapy to clients in centers, homes, and schools.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans to address goals.
• Data collection and accurate recording of client responses.
• Progress monitoring and collaboration with BCBAs to adjust plans.
• Teach and support skill acquisition and functional communication.
• Provide parent/caregiver training on intervention techniques.
