Job summary

InBloom Autism Services in the United States seeks experienced Registered Behavior Technician II (RBT II) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs. You will support families and implement behavior programs across centers, homes, and schools.

Qualifications

• Must have active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in centers, homes, or schools.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs.
• Accurately collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to monitor client progress.
• Use approved behavior reduction techniques to address challenges.
• Support skill acquisition and practical communication and social skills.
• Train and support parents/caregivers on intervention strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
• Complete required documentation and progress notes.
• Maintain open communication with the team and families.
