Job summary

InBloom Autism Services in Wisconsin is seeking Registered Behavior Technician II’s (RBT II’s) to join a supportive team of ABA professionals. You will provide 1:1 therapy, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs to implement top-tier behavior therapy programs in centers, homes, and schools.

The role involves direct client care, data collection, progress monitoring, and family training, with a focus on skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors in children with ASD.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RBT certification through the BACB.
• Minimum 6 months of ABA experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Care: provide one-on-one therapy in centers, homes, or schools.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by BCBAs.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and responses.
• Monitor progress with BCBAs and adjust plans as needed.
• Assist clients in developing functional skills and communication.
