Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is hiring experienced Registered Behavior Technician IIs to join our diverse team. You will work alongside BCBAs to implement top-tier behavior therapy programs through 1:1 sessions, data collection, and teamwork in centers, homes and schools.

The role emphasizes direct client care, accurate data recording, progress monitoring, and parent training, with a focus on skill acquisition and professional development within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Must have a Genuine passion for working with children and helping others.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required (BACB).
• High school diploma or GED; 6 months or more experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in centers, homes or schools.
• Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Use behavior reduction techniques per the plan to address behaviors.
• Support skill development in communication and social behaviors.
• Provide training to parents/caregivers on intervention techniques.
• Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality.
• Complete required paperwork and session notes.
• Maintain open communication with the team and families.
