Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is hiring Registered Behavior Technician II’s (RBT II’s) to join a dedicated team delivering one-on-one behavior therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work alongside BCBA supervisors to implement programs, collect data, and monitor progress in centers, homes, and schools.

The role emphasizes data-driven intervention, collaboration with BCBAs, and parent/caregiver training to extend therapy beyond sessions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Passion for helping children and working in ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Care: provide one-on-one therapy to clients in centers, homes, or schools.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans designed by BCBAs.
• Data Collection: accurately record client behaviors and responses.
• Progress Monitoring with supervising BCBAs to track goals and adjust plans.
• Behavior Reduction Techniques as outlined in the plan.
• Support Skill Acquisition and development of functional and social abilities.
• Provide Parent/Caregiver Training on applying techniques at home.
• Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality.
