Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking compassionate RBTs to deliver evidence-based, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by a supervising BCBA and collect progress data using clinical software.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect real-time data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and supervising BCBAs.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
