Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide compassionate, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings.

You will implement behavior plans, collect real-time progress data, and collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs and families to support consistent skill development and meaningful outcomes. We offer growth opportunities, onboarding, and flexible scheduling to support our team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
