Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans and collect progress data to support meaningful skill development.

Qualifications

Active Registered Behavior Technician certification status or eligibility.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience in working with children with autism or developmental delays.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
