Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is hiring for a Clinic RBT to conduct 1:1 ABA therapy with children and young adults, in a Madison clinic setting. You will implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to ensure high-quality care.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of ABA-related experience or background in autism services, plus strong communication skills and reliability. Local commute to the clinic is required, with potential for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting 1:1 ABA therapy sessions.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to undergo a background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma required; college degree not stated.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in the clinic.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and RBT team members regarding treatment delivery.
• Receive supervision from your BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
• Maintain professional boundaries around patients and others in clinic as BACB indicates.
• Enter data for daily trials across all programs.
• Be available for supervision sessions, calls, and team meetings as required by the BCBA.
• Other duties as assigned.
