Mindcolor Autism is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Madison, WI team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping children develop communication, social, and coping skills in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• RBT certification and ability to maintain certification.
• Experience working with children, especially with behavioral or developmental needs.
• Strong communication, reliability, and time management.
• Reliable transportation to on-site location.
• Team-oriented and professional in all situations.
• Willingness to support personal care needs and adapt to challenges.

Responsibilities

• Make a Direct Impact: spend majority of your time (about 80%) working one-on-one or in small groups with clients, helping them build skills and confidence.
• Stay Organized & Supportive: use about 20% of your time for session notes, documentation, and other tasks that keep client care consistent and high quality.
• Bring Treatment Plans to Life: follow individualized plans created by a BCBA, implementing written protocols tailored to each client’s unique goals.
• Learn & Grow: participate in training, meet competency milestones, and actively practice ABA principles and strategies in your daily work.
• Promote Positive Behavior: use evidence-based behavior management strategies and respond safely in challenging or high-stress situations.
• Collaborate & Communicate: work closely with your BCBA supervisor and teammates, asking questions, seeking feedback, and sharing insights to support each child’s success.
• Track Progress: collect and input data with accuracy, ensuring treatment decisions are based on reliable information.
• Stay Professional & Compassionate: communicate with caregivers within your scope, always prioritizing client safety, dignity, and progress.
• Be Ready & Reliable: arrive prepared to start sessions on time and provide consistent support for clients and families.
• Pitch In as a Team Player: help prepare materials, maintain a safe and clean learning environment, and contribute to a positive center culture.
