Job summary

B Above Services in Madison, Indiana seeks motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings. You’ll implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA and help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer flexible hours, competitive pay starting at $23 per hour, health insurance, PTO and holiday pay, and comprehensive training with supervision from experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• A genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track progress and celebrate growth
• Collaborate with clinical team members
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards of care
• Partner with families to create meaningful change
• Create fun, structured, and engaging sessions
