Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans and collect data using clinical software.

Requirements include active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Experience with autism and strong communication are valued as you support meaningful outcomes for families.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligible.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
