Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group, LP in Houston, TX seeks an Entry Level Behavior Technician to help children with autism through ABA therapy, one-on-one and in small groups, following established plans and data collection procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required (per job posting).
• 1+ years of experience/exposure with children (or in similar setting).
• Comfortable working with children or individuals with special needs.
• Must be able to complete 40-hour training for certification.
• Provide direct care following behavior plans.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and group ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill data using tablets and complete daily notes.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors and parents.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
