Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in Texas seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism. You will implement BCBA-created plans and track daily treatment using Central Reach.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have completed high school or equivalent.
• Willingness to be trained in ABA principles.
• Experience with children preferred (ages 18 months–12 years).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and record daily treatment via Central Reach.
• Support staffing and travel to additional clinic locations as needed.
• Assist BCBA with behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans.
