Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians in Mission, Texas to provide 1:1 therapy for children with autism. This full-time position offers flexible work hours with at least 35 hours guaranteed weekly and competitive pay ranging from $16.25 to $24.50 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience working with children ages 18 months–12 years preferred.
• Willingness to be trained in ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each patient.
