MedCare Pediatric Group in Sugar Land, TX is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will deliver one-on-one and small group ABA support, collect data, and follow behavior plans under supervision to help improve communication, social, and daily living skills.

You’ll complete a 40-hour training to obtain certification, pass a background check, and join a team that values patience, reliability, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ years working with children or in a related setting.
• Ability to complete a 40-hour training for certification.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients in one-on-one and group settings following behavior plans.
• Collect and record behavior and skill acquisition data using tablets.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and parents.
• Work both independently and as part of a team in a supportive environment.
