Entry Level Behavior Technician role involves working one-on-one with children to build communication, social, and daily living skills using ABA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1+ years working with children.
• Comfortable with children or individuals with special needs.
• Complete a 40-hour training course to obtain certification.
• Provide direct care and collect data on tablets.
• Pass a background check and work in team settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients in one-on-one and group settings.
• Follow behavior reduction plans and protocols.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data and complete daily session notes.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and parents during staff meetings and trainings.
