Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or ability to obtain.
• De-escalation training required within 30 days of hire.
• Experience working with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral health patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct behavioral support during daily routines and therapy.
• Collect and document behavioral data accurately.

Skills

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

BLS / CPR certification

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team

Comfort working in a structured behavioral environment

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
