Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking entry-level to skilled RBTs for full-time or part-time roles to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent clients under BCBA supervision.

You will help develop communication, motor, and social skills, follow BIPs, and contribute to data collection and progress tracking in a clinic setting. RBT certification is supported during the first 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a completed High School Diploma or GED.
• All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
