Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent patients with autism. Under BCBA supervision, you will work on communication, motor skills, and daily living tasks in a clinic setting.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with support through the RBT certification process and opportunities for advancement within a values-driven team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a completed High School Diploma or GED
• Willing to obtain RBT certification within 60 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
