Job summary

Therapy & Beyond seeks an RBT to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism. You will work under a BCBA, collect data, and help patients improve communication, motor skills, and daily living abilities.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with generous benefits, certification support, and opportunities for growth within a BCBA-led team. Starting compensation ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with a completed high school diploma or GED.
• Entry-level or experienced RBT with willingness to pursue certification.
• Ability to work in a clinic-based, 1:1 therapy setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy services to pediatric/adolescent patients with autism.
• Follow BIPs under BCBA supervision and collect data on progress.
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical management.
