Job summary

Kids and Family is seeking RBTs to support children in school or home environments using ABA strategies to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors. You will work closely with our caring office team and receive supervision from BCBA.

The role values a warm, motivated, and learner-ready attitude. Eligible candidates have a high school diploma, 40-hour RBT training, and 1 year of ABA experience, with PA clearances preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of ABA experience required.
• 40 hour RBT training required.
• PA clearances dated within the past 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct work with children at school or home environments using ABA strategies to build skills and reduce behaviors.
• Collaborate with team to provide effective supervision and support.
