Job summary

Joyful Behavior is seeking a part-time RBT in our Salisbury, MD clinic, with some in-home sessions as needed. You will work one-on-one with neurodivergent children under BCBA supervision, delivering individualized ABA therapy while tracking progress and maintaining a warm, supportive environment.

We value compassion, trauma-informed care, and teamwork. English and Spanish bilinguals are a plus, and we’ll support you to earn your RBT certification if you’re on the path.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or strong drive to earn it (we’ll guide you)
• 1 year of experience with children preferred, not required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus
• Thrives in a team-centered, mission-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized behavior therapy guided by your BCBA’s clinical oversight
• Implement and adjust behavior intervention plans in real time
• Teach functional, life-changing skills to help kids thrive
• Track and document client progress with care and consistency
• Maintain a safe, warm, and therapeutic environment in every session
• Build genuine connections with clients, families, and colleagues
• Show up with patience, creativity, and heart — every single day
