Job summary

Joyful Behavior Analytic Services in Salisbury, MD is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with neurodivergent children in a clinic setting, with occasional in-home visits. You will work with a BCBA to implement individualized ABA plans and track progress.

The role is part-time, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm, pay $22–$27 per hour, and includes on-the-job training, RBT support, and opportunities for advancement in a compassionate, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or willingness to earn it (we’ll guide you)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus
• 1+ year of experience with children preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy under BCBA oversight
• Implement and adjust behavior plans as needed
• Track client progress and document outcomes
• Maintain a safe, warm, therapeutic session environment
• Build connections with clients, families, and team
