Job summary

Joyful Behavior Analytic Services is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Salisbury, MD. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to neurodivergent children and adolescents, focusing on measurable progress.

Role involves implementing behavior plans, maintaining a safe clinic environment, and collaborating with BCBAs and families. Certification or progression with company support is offered, with bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required, or willingness to obtain certification with company support.
• 1+ year of experience working with children preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy according to BCBA-designed behavior plans.
• Implement and adjust behavior intervention strategies in session.
• Teach functional skills that support independence and development.
• Document and track client progress accurately and consistently.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
