Brighter Gems ABA in Baltimore, MD seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Roles are in-clinic and school settings, focusing on individualized behavior intervention plans and progress data collection.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college coursework in psychology, education, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA sessions with children in clinic and school settings.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress.
• Partner with parents, caregivers, and team members to support consistency and carryover of skills.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training.
