Job summary

A Gem of Joy ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Maryland-based team as a Heart of Joy & Journey Partner. You will deliver high-quality ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, supporting learners with autism and related needs.

Position features part-time hours (Mon-Fri, 3:00–6:00 PM) with potential adjustments based on family needs. Requirements include active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and bilingual proficiency in English and

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Active RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions as scheduled.
• Implement treatment plans created by BCBA.
• Maintain positive relationships with learners and caregivers.
• Escalate concerns to supervising BCBA as needed.
• Complete session notes and caregiver signatures promptly.
