Joyful Behavior is seeking a part-time RBT in our Salisbury, MD clinic, with some in-home sessions as needed. You will work one-on-one with neurodivergent children under BCBA supervision, delivering individualized ABA therapy while tracking progress and maintaining a warm, supportive environment.
We value compassion, trauma-informed care, and teamwork. English and Spanish bilinguals are a plus, and we’ll support you to earn your RBT certification if you’re on the path.
Here’s a refreshed version that feels more human, mission-driven, and memorable:
Joyful Behavior isn’t your typical ABA clinic. We lead with compassion first — because we believe that when people feel safe, understood, and valued, real growth happens. Our practice is rooted in trauma-informed care, and that philosophy extends beyond our clients to the way we show up for our team, too. We’re building something special at our new Salisbury, MD clinic, and we’re looking for the right people to grow it with us.
Our mission is simple but powerful: empower children, support families, and build a team that genuinely loves what they do.
As an RBT at Joyful Behavior, you’ll work one-on-one with neurodivergent children and adolescents — from toddlers to teens — delivering individualized ABA therapy in our clinic (with occasional in-home sessions as needed). You’ll partner closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized behavior plans, track progress, and celebrate wins big and small.
This is more than a job. It’s a front-row seat to some of the most meaningful moments in a child’s development.
At Joyful Behavior, kindness isn’t a core value we hang on a wall — it’s how we operate every day. If that resonates with you, we’d love to meet you.
