Job summary

Joyful Behavior Analytic Services is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Salisbury, MD. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to neurodivergent children and adolescents, focusing on measurable progress.

Role involves implementing behavior plans, maintaining a safe clinic environment, and collaborating with BCBAs and families. Certification or progression with company support is offered, with bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required, or willingness to obtain certification with company support.
• 1+ year of experience working with children preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $22-$27/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm
Job Type: Part-time
Location: Salisbury, MD (clinic-based, occasional in-home sessions)

About the Role

Joyful Behavior is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for our Salisbury, MD clinic. You'll work one-on-one with neurodivergent children and adolescents (toddlers through teens), delivering individualized ABA therapy under the clinical oversight of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role for someone who wants to see real, measurable progress in the kids they work with.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy according to BCBA-designed behavior plans
• Implement and adjust behavior intervention strategies in session
• Teach functional skills that support independence and development
• Document and track client progress accurately and consistently
