Joyful Behavior Analytic Services in Salisbury, MD is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with neurodivergent children in a clinic setting, with occasional in-home visits. You will work with a BCBA to implement individualized ABA plans and track progress.
The role is part-time, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm, pay $22–$27 per hour, and includes on-the-job training, RBT support, and opportunities for advancement in a compassionate, mission-driven team.
If you're passionate about making a real difference in a child's life and you're ready to grow into a meaningful career, we want to hear from you. We'll support you through the process of becoming a Registered Behavior Technician every step of the way.
Joyful Behavior isn't your typical ABA clinic. We lead with compassion first — because we believe that when people feel safe, understood, and valued, real growth happens. Our practice is rooted in trauma-informed care, and that philosophy extends beyond our clients to the way we show up for our team, too. We're building something special at our new Salisbury, MD clinic, and we're looking for the right people to grow it with us.
Our mission is simple but powerful: empower children, support families, and build a team that genuinely loves what they do.
As an RBT at Joyful Behavior, you'll work one-on-one with neurodivergent children and adolescents — from toddlers to teens — delivering individualized ABA therapy in our clinic (with occasional in-home sessions as needed). You'll partner closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized behavior plans, track progress, and celebrate wins big and small.
This is more than a job. It's a front-row seat to some of the most meaningful moments in a child's development.
At Joyful Behavior, kindness isn't a core value we hang on a wall — it's how we operate every day. If that resonates with you, we'd love to meet you.
