Blossom ABA Therapy in Ashburn, VA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to work with BCBA partners to implement individualized ABA treatment plans.

You'll collect data, support families, and maintain a safe therapeutic environment while growing your skills through BCBA mentorship and a friendly, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ABA therapy experience or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
