Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our Ashburn, VA team. The role involves working one-on-one with children, implementing individualized ABA plans, and collaborating with BCBAs to support children's communication, social, and daily living skills.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience with children, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by board-certified behavior analysts.
• Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Provide ongoing support and education to families and caregivers.
