Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a compassionate, dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy to individuals with autism and developmental challenges. The RBT will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement treatment plans, collect client data, and support the development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and accurately collect and document data.
• Compassionate, patient, and professional approach to working with clients and families.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing quality client care.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned client locations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a clinical team and follow supervisory direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community-based settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and accurately record data during therapy sessions to monitor client progress.
• Complete timely and detailed session notes in accordance with clinical and company requirements.
• Communicate client progress, observations, and concerns to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and caregivers to promote consistent implementation of treatment strategies.
• Follow established treatment protocols, ethical guidelines, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and training as required.
• Apply supervisory feedback to support treatment quality and client progress.
