Acclimate ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy to individuals with autism and developmental challenges. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement treatment plans, collect data, and support skill development in communication, social interaction, behavior, and daily living tasks.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (BACB) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and accurately record data.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Compassionate, patient and professional approach to working with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record data during sessions to monitor progress.
• Complete session notes in line with clinical and company requirements.
• Communicate progress and concerns to the BCBA.
• Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to ensure consistent treatment.
• Follow treatment protocols, ethics, safety, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Participate in supervision and training as required.
• Apply supervisory feedback to improve client outcomes.
