Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and community environments. You will implement plans under a BCBA's supervision and collect progress data to support treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (BACB) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during sessions to track progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes documenting outcomes and progress.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to support learning and skills.
