Acclimate ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with autism and developmental challenges under the supervision of a BCBA. The RBT will implement treatment plans, collect data, and support the development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Ability to follow treatment plans under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and accurately record data during therapy sessions.
• Complete timely and detailed session notes per requirements.
• Communicate client progress and concerns to the BCBA.
• Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and caregivers.
• Follow treatment protocols, safety procedures, and confidentiality.
• Participate in supervision, meetings, and training as required.
• Apply supervisory feedback to improve treatment quality and client progress.
