Job summary

R&R Collaborative Therapy Services seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision. The role involves daily living skills, communication, social skills, and basic medical support in clients' homes; hours vary week to week based on client needs and supervisor coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a psychology/ABA-related degree, RBT credentials or training, and experience with Autism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, ABA, SPED or related field.
• 40Hr Online Behavior Technician Training (required if no RBT license).
• Current RBT license (can be obtained on the job).
• Experience with individuals with Autism.
• BLS and CPR certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist with intakes and assessments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based methods to deliver treatments.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient information and plans.
• Perform regular wellness checks and ensure compliance with standards.
