Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings, implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA, and collect data to track progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
