Job summary

Acclimate ABA seeks a compassionate RBT to provide individualized ABA therapy to individuals with autism and developmental challenges. You will work across home, school, and community settings under supervision, collecting data, recording notes, and reporting progress to the BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and accurately collect data.
• Compassionate, patient, and professional approach.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a clinical team and follow supervisory direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions to monitor progress.
• Complete timely session notes in accordance with company requirements.
• Communicate client progress to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and caregivers to ensure consistent treatment.
• Follow established treatment protocols, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Participate in supervision, meetings, and training as required.
• Apply supervisory feedback to support treatment quality and client progress.
