Acclimate ABA is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings, following individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.

Qualifications

Active RBT certification through the BACB.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Commitment to supporting the needs of clients in a compassionate and professional manner.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
