Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and hands-on training to help families and clients succeed.

You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families. Travel locally, flexible scheduling, and a path to full-time as caseloads grow; benefits and future leadership opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
