Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support students' behavioral success in educational settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help design and deliver Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to IEP goals.

The role emphasizes data collection, progress monitoring, collaboration with school teams, and promoting positive behavior.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB.
• Must adhere to Texas BHEC guidelines for educational professionals and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Plans under BCBA supervision to deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor progress by collecting and documenting data on student behavior and progress.
• Support interventions tailored to IEP goals in collaboration with the educational team.
• Collaborate in ARD meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and multidisciplinary discussions.
• Promote positive behavior and model effective behavioral strategies in the school setting.
