Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings.

Part-time positions with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will implement ABA-based plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA and families. Travel locally is required and a supportive, mentorship-rich environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
