Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support students in educational settings, helping them overcome behavioral barriers and achieve success. You’ll communicate findings to families and teams and contribute to a collaborative care plan.

Your Role:

As aBoard Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in helping students overcome behavioral challenges and achieve success in their educational settings. Here’s how you’ll contribute:

Communicate Findings:Share assessment results with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaborative and compassionate communication.

Develop Interventions:Collaborate with the Individualized Education Program (IEP) team to design evidence-based interventions that enhance student behavior, performance, and access to education.

Provide Supervision:Deliver therapy services directly or oversee Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and IEP goals.

Monitor Progress:Collect, analyze, and document data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Support Teams:Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school-wide discussions to advocate for students’ needs and strengthen special education programs.
