Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support students in educational settings, helping them overcome behavioral barriers and achieve success. You’ll communicate findings to families and teams and contribute to a collaborative care plan.

You’ll design interventions with IEP teams, supervise RBTs, collect data, and advocate for students, while benefiting from flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Behavior Analysis or equivalent.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst license (TDLR) required.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate assessment findings with parents, educators and teams.
• Develop evidence-based interventions with the IEP team.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and oversee BIPs and IEP goals.
• Monitor progress by collecting and analyzing data.
• Participate in IEP meetings and school discussions to advocate for students.
